Register in the app
The owner registers the school or centre in two short steps. We review it, switch it on and help you set it up.
Join your school
Sign in with the school code your office gives you, or the office adds you from one list. The office approves you.
Sign in with your phone
An SMS code, no password. Join your child’s class with its code, or start at home without a school; we switch you on.
Before you start.
Do parents and teachers need to install anything?
No. Medha opens in any phone’s browser and can be added to the home screen. Only the KV Chrome helper is installed, on a computer.
What happens to our data if we stop?
You get a full copy. Families can also download or erase their own child’s data at any time.
How do families pay school fees?
To your school’s own UPI ID, from any UPI app; you confirm and a numbered receipt is sent. Online card payment through your own Razorpay account is optional.
Is it right for children who need more support?
Yes — every child can have their own learning settings, and centres get support plans. Medha never labels a child and never compares children.
We are a primary or higher school. Can we use Medha?
Yes, Medha can be extended to your school. Please bring your requirements. Fees, the school cab, pickups, notices, the calendar, the timetable, the register, ID cards and the file tools already work for any school, all in one app. Tell us what else you need and we will shape Medha for your school, with a plan to match.
